Breakfast Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    eggs
    bacon, finely chopped
    Cheddar cheese, shredded
    soft white or wheat bread
    melted butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine eggs, bacon and cheese in a bowl.
    Place a scant tablespoonful of the egg mixture in the center of a piece of bread.
    Top each slice with one of the remaining slices of bread.
    Cut and seal tarts using 3-inch cutter.
    Brush lightly with butter.
    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly toasted.
