Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground turkey or ground chuck
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 white onion, diced
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1/2 c. quick oats
    1/4 c. egg substitute or 1 egg
    ketchup or V-8 juice
Preparation
    Combine meat, oats, egg substitute and 1/2 cup V-8 juice.
    Add onions and peppers thoroughly.
    Add spices and taco seasoning. Form into loaf.
    Place aluminum foil in loaf pan and place loaf in and cover well.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Remove from oven and let cool a little bit.
    Pour ketchup or juice on top.
