Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. garlic powder
4 boneless pork chops
1 1/2 c. medium salsa
Preparation

Combine mustard, honey and garlic powder in a small bowl.
Rub this mixture on pork chops.
Place chops on a hot grill; lower the hood on the grill and grill 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Garnish with the salsa before serving (the pork chops may also be cooked in the oven until tender).
