Chicken Grilled On Charcoal Salad(Servings: 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken thighs, grilled
    1 green bell pepper
    1 red bell pepper
    1/2 tomato
    5 endive
    1/4 head lettuce
    sprig parsley
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/6 c. wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary.
    Let stand for approximately 1 hour.
    Grill on charcoal until brown. Cut vegetables into bite-size.
    Chill.
    Mix olive oil, wine vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Pour over chicken and vegetables.
    Serve cool.
