Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
    26 Ritz crackers
    1 tsp. vanilla
    Cool Whip
    chopped nuts for garnish (if desired)
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Beat in nuts, cracker crumbs and vanilla. Spoon into 9-inch Pyrex dish. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Cool. Stir nuts into Cool Whip. Spread over cool pie before serving. Put Cool Whip on top to serve.
