Pecan Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 c. pecans
    1 Tbsp. white Karo
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, milk and soda in a large boiler to a \"soft ball stage.
    Remove from heat and add butter, Karo and vanilla. Stir well to mix.
    Add pecans.
    Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper that has been sprinkled with salt. They will harden rapidly.
    When cool, place in your favorite candy dish to look and taste delightful.
