Rice Salad With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) box Minute rice
    5 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 c. green bell pepper, finely chopped
    1 c. celery, finely chopped
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 small jar pimentos, drained
    1 (4 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 (8 oz.) bottle creamy Italian dressing
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions, omitting salt and butter and using bouillon cubes instead.
    Let cool.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Chill overnight.
