Strawberry Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    2 c. boiling water
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 qt. frozen strawberries, partially thawed and drained
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    1 1/2 c. crushed pretzels
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Add strawberries and very little juice.
    Pour mixture into an oiled Bundt pan.
    When Jell-O is set, beat together cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip.
    Spread on Jell-O.
    Mix together pretzels, sugar and butter.
    Sprinkle on top of cream cheese layer.
    Refrigerate until set.
    Unmold to serve. Can be served as a dessert.
