Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large pork chops
2 baking potatoes
1 c. sour cream
3 large onions
1 Tbsp. butter
1 can stewed tomatoes, mashed
Preparation

Brown pork chops in butter.
Place in bottom of casserole dish.
Layer potatoes and onions on top.
Mix tomatoes and sour cream in blender.
Pour over chops, potatoes and onions.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and caraway seed.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
