Quick Borsch(Russian Beet Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 1/2 oz. can condensed beef broth
    16 oz. can shoestring beets
    1 c. shredded cabbage
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    sour cream
Preparation
    Heat broth, beets with liquid from can, cabbage, onion and sugar to boiling point.
    Reduce heat.
    Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
    Stir in lemon juice and refrigerate.
    At time of serving, either serve hot or cold; top with spoonful of sour cream.
    Makes about 4 cups.
