Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. cut up chicken
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    2 c. crackers, crushed
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Dip chicken pieces in butter or margarine, then in mixture of cracker crumbs, sesame seed, salt and pepper.
    Place on foil-lined pans.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until done.
