Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. extra lean ground beef or stew beef
    1/2 large onion
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can chili beans
    1 clove garlic
    1 bell pepper
    Gebhart's chili pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can kidney beans
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion, pepper and garlic.
    Sprinkle about 4 tablespoons chili pepper on top.
    Add tomatoes.
    Add 1 tomato can full of water. Simmer 1 hour.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add beans, juice and all.
    Cook 15 to 20 minutes more.
