Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium sized baked potatoes
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 chopped onion
Preparation
    Leaving skins on, slice baked potatoes in half and arrange in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix remaining ingredients and spread on top of potatoes.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
