Yummy Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    1 small onion, minced
    1/2 c. uncooked rice (brown or white)
    1 Tbsp. Kikkoman sauce
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
    1 egg
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except tomato soup, together; mold into balls the size of golf balls.
    Pile into well oiled casserole dish.
    Pour 1 can tomato soup over all.
    Thin the tomato soup first with 1/3 cup water.
    Bake slowly for 2 hours at 300\u00b0. Remove lid after 1 1/2 hours (or bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour).
