Cheesy Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. chopped potatoes
1 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
2 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn or 2 c. fresh corn
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients in a large saucepan.
Cover and bring to a boil.
Simmer 15 minutes until vegetables are tender.
