Fish In A Pouch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. fish fillets (perch, red snapper or cod, etc.)
    1 c. chopped, fresh tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 2 cloves, minced
    black pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. dill weed (optional)
Preparation
    Tear large enough piece of foil to envelope fish.
    Place fish on foil.
    Top with tomatoes, green peppers, onion, garlic, pepper and dill weed.
    Place foil pouch on baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Makes 6 servings.
