Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie shell
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. each ginger, nutmeg and salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except pastry shell.
Mix well.
Pour mixture into pastry shell. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce to 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes longer or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
