Ham And Cheese Cornbread Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
    1/3 c. white flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    6 egg whites, beaten stiff
    1/4 c. applesauce
    4 oz. shredded Velveeta Lite
    6 oz. ham sliced
    2 Tbsp. nonfat mayo
    1 tsp. mustard
    3 oz. shredded Velveeta Lite
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Fold in egg whites, applesauce and cheese.
    Bake in greased jelly roll pan at 400\u00b0 for 6 to 8 minutes. Carefully turn out onto clean towel.
    Start at wide end and roll up with towel.
    Cool on wire rack 5 minutes.
    Unroll and top with ham slices.
    Mix mayo and mustard.
    Spread over ham.
    Sprinkle on cheese.
    Re-roll.
    Place seam side down in jelly roll pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
    Cut in 10 slices.
