Rice Pudding (Custard) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    3 eggs
    2 cans evaporated milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix the rice and raisins in the bottom of a buttered baking dish.
    Mix the other ingredients and pour over the top of the rice and raisins.
    Place baking dish in a shallow pan of water and bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes and in a 375\u00b0 oven for the rest of the baking time (about 1 hour total).
    Test like custard with a knife for doneness.
