Peaches And Cream Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach or apricot flavored jello
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. cold water
3 c. sliced peaches
1 small banana, sliced
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
3 Tbsp. cold water
1/2 c. half and half
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. pureed peaches
Preparation

Dissolve peach gelatin in 1 cup boiling water; stir until dissolved.
Add cold water and mix well.
Chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white.
Stir in sliced peaches and banana.
Pour into lightly oiled 8-cup mold.
Chill until set.
