Mexican Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops, browned
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 pkg. taco seasoning (more if needed)
    1 c. tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 medium-sized green pepper, sliced in rings
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Start with uncooked rice in bottom of long greased casserole. Pour combined ingredients over rice.
    Place pork chops on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove from oven 10 minutes before done.
    Arrange pepper rings and sprinkle with cheese.
    Continue cooking for 10 minutes more.
