Truck Stop Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. self-rising flour
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    melted butter
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients in a bowl.
    Mix in Crisco and buttermilk and form into a soft ball.
    Place on a floured board. Roll out dough and cut with biscuit cutter.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes, then spread melted butter on top and bake 5 more minutes in oven temperature of 350\u00b0.
