Seafood Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can V-8 vegetable juice
    3 (15 oz.) cans Italian-style stewed tomatoes
    1 bag frozen okra
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. low-fat turkey summer sausage roll, sliced
    1 pkg. seafood sticks, cut up
    rice
Preparation
    Add all ingredients except shrimp and cut seafood sticks. Cook until okra is done. Add shrimp and seafood.
    Cook 5 to 7 minutes. Serve over rice.
