Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. cake flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. raw apples, chopped
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. raisins (optional)

Preparation

Cream oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Add flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
Blend thoroughly.
Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or bake as muffins for about 20 minutes.
