Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (1/2-inch thick) pork chops
    6 Irish potatoes
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 tsp. butter
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Arrange sliced potatoes in a greased dish or pan.
    Dot with butter.
    Arrange pork chops over potatoes.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Pour milk over this.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until golden brown or fork-tender.
