Clam Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. clams, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 to 1 c. plain flour
3/4 c. canola oil
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine clams, egg, salt and pepper.
Add just enough flour to hold together.
Drop by large spoonfuls into hot oil in a skillet.
Panfry until golden on both sides.
Serves 6 to 8.
