Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. white or yellow corn meal
1 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Mix all ingredients together. If using a cast-iron skillet, pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in skillet. Pour ingredients into skillet or pan. Spread some of the grease over top of the mixture. Place in oven and cook until golden brown.
