Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bread
1/2 c. water
2 eggs
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Soak bread in 1/2 cup water for 2 to 3 minutes; add eggs and mix well.
Mix in ground beef, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, oregano and dash of pepper.
With wet hands, form meat mixture into small balls (about 24).
Put on jelly roll pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes; turn meatballs and bake for another 10 minutes. Use with your favorite spaghetti sauce.
Can also use with a mushroom sauce.
