Jean'S Hamburg Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
3 chopped onions
1 garlic clove, minced
3 cans beef broth
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. basil
2 large cans tomatoes, chopped
1 c. celery
1 c. pasta
1/4 tsp. thyme
salt and pepper
1 c. lima beans
1 c. carrots
1 c. green beans
1 c. wine (optional)
Preparation

Brown beef, onion and garlic.
Mix broth, spices and tomatoes in a large pan.
Add meat mixture and remaining vegetables.
If too thick, add some V-8 juice.
This soup will freeze well.
