Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. very warm water
2 pkg. yeast
2 eggs, beaten
4 1/2 to 5 c. flour
Preparation

Scald milk in saucepan.
Stir in butter, sugar and salt.
Cool to lukewarm.
Measure water into large bowl.
Sprinkle yeast into water.
Stir to dissolve.
Blend in milk mixture and eggs.
Stir in half the flour.
Beat until smooth.
Stir in enough of remaining flour to make soft dough, stirring until dough forms a ball that leaves the side of the bowl.
Turn onto floured cloth and press into flat ball.
