Gayle Brown'S Baked Curried Chickensaladserves 6 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. skinless chicken breast halves, cooked, cubed
    1 1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
    1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 1/2 tsp. curry
    3/4 c. flaked coconut
    3/4 c. crushed peanuts
Preparation
    Mix chicken, celery, cheese, mayonnaise, onion and lemon juice in 1 1/2 qt. casserole.
    Melt margarine, stir in bread crumbs, paprika and curry; sprinkle over casserole.
    Just before serving, sprinkle crushed peanuts and coconut over dish.
    Can freeze before adding peanuts and coconut.
