Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, separated
14 Tbsp. sugar
juice of 2 lemons
grated rind of 1 lemon
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. milk
Preparation

Beat egg yolks. Add sugar, lemon juice, rind, cornstarch and milk.
Cook over a slow heat until thick.
Cool.
Put into 2 unbaked pie crusts.
Beat egg whites and 1/4 cup sugar for meringue. Put on pie and brown.
