Greek Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. cut up chicken
6 to 8 potatoes
2 lemons
salt
pepper
1 c. solid Crisco
3 Tbsp. garlic salt
3 Tbsp. oregano
Preparation

Place chicken in a 10 x 13-inch pan.
Quarter potatoes and put around chicken.
Put all the seasonings and Crisco on and around chicken and potatoes.
Then slice lemons and squeeze on top of chicken and potatoes.
Cover with foil and cook at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
