3 pt. blueberries, stemmed and crushed
4 c. crushed berries
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 c. sugar
1 box Sure-Jell
1/2 tsp. butter
Preparation

Measure fruit into 6 or 8-quart pan, along with lemon juice. Measure sugar into separate bowl. (Scrape extra sugar from cup with spatula to level or exact measure.) Add Sure-Jell and butter to fruit. Bring mixture to full rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Quickly add sugar to fruit; bring to full rolling boil. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Skim off foam. Fill jars, tighten and invert 5 minutes, then turn upright. After 1 hour check seals. Or use USDA water bath method.
