Frioles Refritos(Refried Beans) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    frioles (preceding)
    salad oil
Preparation
    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a heavy frying pan.
    Add several spoons of beans and using a fork, back of a spoon or pastry blender, mash beans as they are cooking on low heat.
    Add more beans and continue smashing until frying pan is fairly full and the beans are creamy.
    Remove to a large bowl and continue with the next batch until all beans have been refried.
    Freezes well in meal size batches, using Ziploc bags.
    This is a tasty and inexpensive alternative to canned refried beans used in Mexican dishes.
