Alabama Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. any kind fat
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 large can tomatoes
1 large can drained kidney beans
2 or 3 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Heat the fat and quickly brown the beef and add the onions. When onions are translucent, add the rest of the ingredients. Cook slowly for 1 hour.
