Rum Ricotta Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 pt. milk
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    6 oz. rum
    1/2 c. powdered instant coffee
Preparation
    Blend Ricotta and milk.
    Add sugar and rum; mix well until custard consistency.
    Place in serving dishes; chill.
    Just before serving, dust with powdered instant coffee.
    Serves 25.
