Carrot Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced carrots
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick butter or margarine, melted
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. baking powder
    dash of ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Cook carrots in salted water until tender.
    Drain and mash. Blend flour, margarine and remaining ingredients.
    Mix with mashed carrots and pour into a greased baking dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
