Scalloped Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. mushrooms (fresh)
1/2 lb. butter or 1 stick
1 can mushroom soup
1 tsp. grated onion
1/2 pt. half and half cream
1/2 box Royal lunch crackers
Preparation

Clean and slice mushrooms.
In large frying pan in which you have placed the butter, cook until all water in mushrooms has disappeared.
Saute until lightly browned.
Roll out crackers, using rolling pin.
Butter a 10 x 10-inch deep casserole. Alternate layers of mushrooms and crackers.
