Chicken Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    cream cheese
    Mozzarella cheese
    Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos
    1 small can whole kernel corn (Mexican style)
    picante sauce
    large size tortilla shells
Preparation
    In frying pan, chop and slice chicken breasts into small pieces.
    Mix in corn after chicken breasts are cooked thoroughly, then put a small amount of picante sauce in.
    Stir and then simmer. Spread cream cheese on tortilla shells.
    Put chicken and corn mixture in middle of shells.
    Slice a couple strips of Monterey Jack and place on top of mixture, then put on Mozzarella cheese. Fold shell and close with toothpick.
    Place in foiled cookie sheet. Sprinkle a little Mozzarella on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    When done, serve with picante sauce poured over top of each fajita.
    This recipe makes 4 to 5 fajitas.
