Lemon Chicken With Fettucine(Servings: 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts, boned
    1/4 c. flour
    1 dash salt and pepper to taste
    6 tsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 c. chicken broth
    6 oz. fettucine, cooked and drained
    1 lemon
Preparation
    Grate zest from lemon and set aside in small bowl.
    Squeeze lemon juice over chicken pieces and let marinate for a few minutes, turning chicken once or twice.
    Mix flour, salt and pepper together and coat chicken pieces.
    Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in nonstick skillet and saute for 3 to 4 minutes per side. Remove chicken and add remaining butter and flour mixture to form a paste.
    Pour any remaining lemon juice marinade and chicken broth into cooking pan, loosening brown bits, making a gravy. Return chicken to pan and sprinkle with lemon zest and brown sugar mixture.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0 or simmer same amount of time.
    Serve over cooked fettucine.
