Orange Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. uncooked rice
2 Tbsp. orange zest
Preparation

In medium saucepan, bring the orange juice to a boil.
Stir in the butter, sugar and rice, combining well, then cover tightly. Simmer the rice over low heat for about 18 minutes.
Do not lift the cover or stir.
Remove from heat.
Add the orange zest and stir.
The rice should be tender and the liquid absorbed.
