Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising corn meal
2 eggs, beaten
1 medium onion
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 small can whole kernel corn
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 to 4 hot peppers, chopped
1 to 2 pimentos, chopped
1 1/2 c. sweet milk
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together well.
Bake at 375\u00b0 in a greased iron skillet until brown.
