Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. oleo
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
dash of pepper
4 or 5 medium potatoes, sliced
Preparation

Melt oleo, stir in cornstarch and seasonings.
Add cold milk and cook on medium heat until it begins to thicken.
Stir occasionally, then turn off, leaving saucepan on unit until mixture thickens.
Pour over sliced potatoes in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
