Ingredients

1 large onion cut into 1/4 in. slices
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
2 1/2 - 3 lb. country style pork ribs (fat trimmed, cut into 3 in. pieces)
Preparation

Place onion rings in slow cooker. In small bowl combine syrup and mustard. Spread over ribs. Place ribs in cooker over onion. Cover, cook on low setting for at least 8 hours. Serve with additional mustard.
