Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp butter
    4 chicken breast halves skin removed, and cut in 1 inch pieces
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can mushrooms
    1 medium jar picante sauce
    1 cup minute rice
    1 can whole kernel corn
Preparation
    Cook chicken in butter.
    Add pepper and onion.
    Cook until tender.
    Add mushrooms.
    Cover and cook 20-30 minutes, until chicken is done.
    Add picante sauce, rice and corn.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
