Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag potato crowns
    1 lb. hamburger
    tomato (for color)
    1 can French fried onions
    1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1/3 c. milk
    1 c. cheese, grated
    1 can cream of celery soup
    garlic salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put potato crowns in a 9 x 13-inch pan on bottom and sides. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
