Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Minute rice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
Preparation
    Boil broccoli for 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Combine rice, butter, onion, soups and milk in bowl, mixing well.
    Fold in broccoli and cheese.
    Spoon into greased 9 x 9-inch casserole.
    Bake covered for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Bake uncovered until golden brown.
    Yields 12 to 14 servings.
