Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. hot water
1 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. shortening
1/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. yeast
2 Tbsp. warm water
1 egg, well beaten
3 1/2 c. flour, sifted
Preparation

Mix hot water, salt, shortening and sugar in a large bowl. Cool.
Add yeast mixture, then the eggs and half of the flour. Beat well.
Add rest of flour.
Store in the refrigerator and use as needed.
