Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
1 medium jar tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce
2 cans canned biscuits
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese for sprinkling
Preparation

Brown meat.
Pour off fat.
Add sauce and let simmer until hot (2-3 minutes).
Cut biscuits into quarters (layer in glass casserole dish).
Pour meat mixture over biscuits.
Mix cheeses. Use half over sauce.
Sprinkle with a little Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Take out of oven, add rest of the cheese. Bake for 2-3 minutes more.
